Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education

A merican Catholic Studies Center in Fordham University have been working on putting together an online program to help those teaching the Faith, whether it be in CCD, RCIA, grammar or high schools. We have since devised a Certificate program in conjunction with 23 publications Into the Fields series, and Fordham faculty that has proven fruitful for teachers and also for Catholics interested in deepening their faith. Alzheimer’s Adult Day Program

You can bring your loved one to our program with confidence while you take care of personal business, to work or just want to be alone for a few hours to regroup. The Adult Day program is open Monday— Friday, 10 AM—4 PM at 157-16 65th Avenue in Flushing. Phone: (718) 358-3541. Door to door transportation included, weekly caregiver support group, computer availability for caregivers, social and therapeutic activities, cognitive skills, dancing, art therapy, exercise, snack, hot lunch. Professional therapy, provided by New York State licensed therapists, is available to our parish and 80 other parishes. This program, under the direction of Dr. George Giuliani has been conducted in the Diocese for the past 35 years for the convenience of parishioners. Services are provided by the Catholic Counseling Center, a proprietary professional corporation, which is independent of and not controlled or supervised by the parish or Diocese.
