Early on Sunday mornings during the winter months, we bring a cup of hot chocolate, a sandwich, and some warm clothes and blankets to a group of homeless men that live under the bridges of Flushing Meadow Park. These are men who for different reasons have given up on life and do nothing to help themselves. As the cold weather approaches, we are preparing to start our mission and we need clothing. If you have warm clothes and blankets that are clean and in good condition and would like to donate them, please give us a call and we will pick them up.
